The Central Bus Station Prague is called, Praha Florenc ÚAN - and is located in the Kalin district east of Prague Old Town on the right side of the Vltava River.
The distance to Prague Old Town is about 1.5 kilometers and to Charles Bridge it is 2 kilometers.
Praha Florenc ÚAN is the central hub for the city's public transportation system. Every year it handles about 10 million passengers. The bus station is considered one of the most modern in Europe.
Praha Florenc ÚAN is open between 04:00 and 24:00, with the new concourse opening at 5:00 a.m.

Bus Connections
In addition to destinations in the nearby neighboring countries and throughout Europe, there are bus connections to all major cities in Prague. More than 450 connections a day are handled at the Prague Florenc Central Bus Station.
The Central Bus Station is served by numerous companies, including Flixbus, BlaBlaBus, Infobus, Busfor, and RegioJet.
Long-Distance Bus Stop
The bus station serves mainly long-distance bus transport. The Central Bus Station in Prague is an important point for domestic and international long-distance bus traffic, connecting Prague with many parts of Europe. Due to its geographical location, the Central Bus Station plays a special role as a gateway to Eastern Europe.
Flixbus at the Praha Florenc ÚAN Bus Station
Flixbus is the largest long-distance bus company serving the Prague Central Bus Station. The company was founded in 2012 with headquarters in Munich and served about 2,500 destinations in 30 countries with 62 million customers in 2019. Flixbus thus holds a market share of over 90% in the German long-distance bus market.
The green double-decker buses are modern, comfortable vehicles with on-board toilet and free Wi-Fi. Snacks and drinks are sold during the ride.
First and foremost, Flixbus tickets are sold via its own online platform as well as through travel agencies; in some cities, there are also dedicated Flixbus stores, most often in bus stations.
Public Transport
The Central Bus Station is easily accessible by public transport. The Florenc metro stop is right next to the bus station.
The B and C lines intersect here and provide quick connections to the city center.
Line B is the yellow marked line of the Prague metro. It is 25.6 kilometers long and has 24 stations, including Můstek, Florenc, and Republic Square.
Line C is the red marked line of the Prague metro. It is 22.7 kilometers long and has 20 stations, including the Main Railway Station, Florenc, and I.P.Pavlova in the New Town.
Taxis
There is a taxi stop at the Florenc bus station, but travelers are strongly advised not to use these taxis, preferring to order a taxi by phone or use the services of UBER. Taxis that stop near points frequently visited by tourists are usually overpriced and drive much too long distances.
The basic charge is 60 Czech crowns (approx. 2.40 euros), the price per kilometer is 36 Czech crowns (approx. 1.45 euros). For standing and waiting time, 7 Czech crowns per minute (approx. 0.28 euros) is charged.
Lockers and Luggage Storage
Luggage storage is available at the Central Bus Station in Prague at a cost of approximately 35 Czech crowns per day.
The luggage storage is open between 05:00 and 24:00.

The parking lot for pick-ups and visitors is located directly at the entrance to the Florenc Prague Central Bus Station.

Money Exchange
There is an exchange office in Hall H1 and Hall H2. In addition, ATMs are available in Hall H2.
Travelers are advised to exchange larger amounts of cash at one of the Exchange Offices in the city center. The exchange rate here is usually much more favorable.
Shops and Shopping
At the Pont Service in Terminal H1 and at the Mersiha Mini Market in Terminal H2, travelers can purchase small snacks such as sweets, drinks, and baked goods. Additionally, magazines and tobacco products are sold here too.
Food at the Central Bus Station
Several fast food restaurants are present at Florenc bus station, some of them are Burger King, Starbucks, and JLV fast food.
Hotels
The 4-star Hotel Pera, the Hotel Florenc, and the Hostel Rohan are located directly at the Prague Florenc bus station.
Other hotels and guesthouses are located in the immediate vicinity of the Central Bus Station.
