1. City Hall Tower
The Gothic tower of the Old Town Hall in the middle of the Old Town offers the best view of Prague's Old Town and the Old Town Square. At a height of 41 meters there is a spiral walkway, which can be reached by elevator.
On the south side is the world-famous Astronomical Clock from 1410, which rings every hour on the hour between 09:00 and 23:00 and offers a 45-second spectacle of the apostles.

2. Old Town Tower on Charles Bridge
The Old Town Bridge Tower on Charles Bridge is located on the Staré Mesto side, i.e. on the Old Town side of Prague. It was built in 1370 under Emperor Charles IV and today it is considered one of the most beautiful Gothic towers in Europe.
138 steps lead up into the tower to the viewing level. There you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Vltava River and the Old Town of Prague.

3. Petrin Tower on Petrin Hill
The Petrin Tower is located on the 318-meter-high hill with the same name in Lesser Town. The 63.5 meter high tower is a scaled-down replica of the Eiffel Tower in Paris. A cable car leads up the hill to the tower, but to reach the observation deck, 299 steps on a spiral staircase must be climbed.
Visitors are rewarded with a magnificent view of Prague and the wider surroundings.

4. Balcony of the Old Royal Palace in the Castle
The Old Royal Palace is part of Prague Castle. Its entrance is on the east side of the third courtyard.
From the viewing balcony on the south side of Vladislav Hall, the most magnificent hall in the Old Royal Palace, there is a beautiful view of the castle garden, as well as Prague. Vladislav Hall is exited via the Equestrian Staircase, which was originally used during jousting tournaments for the knights to ride in on horseback directly into the hall.

5. Hanavský Pavilion in Letna Park
In 1891, the Hanavský Pavilion in Letna Park, one of Prague's many parks, was designed for the Prague Jubilee Exhibition. The Art Nouveau cast-iron structure now houses a luxury restaurant.
Here you have a view of the classic panorama of the five bridges over the Vltava River. The view of the river from here is one of the most beautiful in the whole city.

6. Powder Tower
The Powder Tower, which is about 65 meters high, was part of Prague's city walls and is now one of the most popular viewpoints in Prague's Old Town.
At a height of 44 meters there is a viewing platform, which offers an impressive view of the Prague Old Town.
There is no elevator and 186 partly very steep steps of the spiral staircase, dating back to 1592, lead to the observation deck.

7. Vltava Riverbank from the Karlovy Lázně Station
The streetcar stop is called Karlovy Lázně and is served by lines 17 and 18. From there it is only a few minutes to the bank of the Vltava River. Here, a magnificent view of the Vltava River and Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background reveals itself to the guest.
For those interested in Prague's nightlife, also Central Europe's largest club, each playing a different type of music on five floors, is called Karlovy Lázně and is also located here directly on the Vltava River.

8. Naplavka
Near the Kafka Museum is Naplavka, a quay on the Vltava River that has become a popular promenade in the city. On Saturdays, a farmer's market is held here.

9. National Museum Direction on Wenceslas Square
The historic Czech National Museum building on Wenceslas Square is somewhat elevated. The building catches the eye with its monumentality, the more than 100 meters long front is accessible via a ramp. At the end of the stairs leading to the National Museum, there is a good view of Wenceslas Square.
Jan Palach walked from this staircase to Wenceslas Square as a human torch in January 1969.

10. View from Vysehrad in the Direction of the Vltava River
Vysehrad, also called Prague Stronghold, is located south of Prague New Town on a hill rising steeply above the right bank of the Vltava River. It is one of the most famous castle ramparts from the early Middle Ages in Bohemia.

12. Lesser Town Bridge Tower
The Lesser Town Bridge Tower on the Charles Bridge is connected by a gate with the former Judith Tower and forms the entrance to the Charles Bridge from the Lesser Town.
The tower is 45 meters high and can be climbed. The observation gallery is located at a height of 26 meters and offers a magnificent view of the Vltava River and the city.
