It is easily accessible by metro line A, green line, get off at the Starom\u011bstsk\u00e1 stop, from there it is a few minutes walk.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"t-1638886060505\">History<\/h2>\n<p>The museum was opened in 2015 in a house steeped in history in the heart of downtown Prague.<\/p>\n<p>Steve Jobs built the first personal computer with his friend Steve Wozniak in his parents&#8217; garage and founded the Apple Computer Company in 1976. The first product to feature the now legendary apple with a bite was the Apple I, which sold for $666.66 US. The prototype was still in a homemade wooden case.<\/p>\n<p>The exhibition includes the most valuable and complex collection of computers from 1976 to 2012, and is considered the world&#8217;s largest private collection of Apple products. Numerous private exhibitors have made their computers, Macs, and other accessories available for this purpose.<\/p>\n<p>Timelines with all model generations of iPhones, iPods, iPads, iMacs, and Power Macs can be seen in the museum. It is said that 12,000 meters of computer cables were laid.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, business cards, posters, and information material from the history of Apple and the two companies important to Steve Jobs, Next and Pixar, are on display.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the museum&#8217;s walls feature quotes from Steve Jobs, including, &#8220;Design is not just how it looks or feels.
